Common questions
Who can join the Forum?
Group 1 — active Outside Directors and Proxy Holders serving on boards of companies under Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) mitigation — is the group meeting today, and every registration is validated with a short call before membership is extended. Two further groups are forming and will become active in late 2026 or early 2027; you can register interest for them now.
What does membership cost?
Nothing. Registration is free. If paid offerings are ever introduced, terms and pricing will be presented separately before any charge.
What happens after I register?
You'll schedule a short validation call with Monoc — we confirm your role and companies, hear what you want from the Forum, and answer your questions. Once validated, you're in — invitations follow.
Is my information confidential?
Your details are used to validate eligibility and operate the Forum, and — as disclosed in our Privacy Policy — for board and role placement services, market research, and the Forum email list (unsubscribe anytime). Never sold.
Is the Forum affiliated with DCSA?
No. The FOCI Leadership Forum is a private professional community operated by Monoc. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
